- 1 cup sliced strawberries
- 1 cup drained mandarin oranges
- 1 cup drained pineapple chunks
- 1 cup sliced kiwi
- 1 cup sliced bananas
- 1 cup halved seedless grapes
- 1 (8-ounce) package softened cream cheese
- 1 (3.4-ounce) package unprepared instant cheesecake pudding mix
- 1 cup International Delight French Vanilla Creamer (or substitute with 1 cup heavy cream and 1 teaspoon vanilla extract)
Instructions:
Step 1: Prepare the Cheesecake Mixture
- In a large bowl, whip the cream cheese until smooth and creamy.
- Sprinkle the cheesecake pudding mix over the cream cheese and whip until well combined.
- While continuing to whip, gradually add the creamer (or a mixture of heavy cream and vanilla extract) to the cream cheese mix. Whip until the mixture becomes smooth.
Step 2: Mix the Fruits
- In another large bowl, mix together strawberries, oranges, pineapple, kiwi, bananas, and grapes.
Step 3: Combine Cheesecake and Fruit
- Gently fold the cheesecake mixture into the fruit.
Step 4: Refrigerate
- Refrigerate the mixture for at least 1 hour or until ready to serve.
Step 5: Garnish and Serve
- When serving, garnish with additional fruit or sprinkle graham cracker crumbs if desired.
Notes:
- Add bananas just before serving to prevent browning.
- Customize fruit selection based on preferences or seasonal availability.
- Vanilla pudding mix can be used as an alternative if instant cheesecake pudding is unavailable.
- For a lighter version, milk or a milk alternative can be used instead of the creamer.
