Ingredients:
- 2 cups barbecue sauce
- 2 tsp brown sugar
- 3 freshly minced garlic cloves
- 2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce

- 4 to 5 pounds of baby back ribs
Instructions:
The First Step:
- In a zip-top bag, pour the barbecue sauce.
- Add brown sugar, minced garlic, Worcestershire sauce, and cayenne pepper if you choose.
The Second Step:
- Close the bag with a zip and knead it with your hands to mix the sauce ingredients well.
The Third Step:
- Open the bag and place the ribs inside.
- Close the bag and shake it to completely cover the ribs.
- Spray the inner part of the crockpot.
The Fourth Step:
- Open the bag and put the ribs in the crockpot.
- Pour half of the sauce from the bag into the crockpot, ensuring the ribs are well covered.
The Fifth Step:
- Cook over high heat for 4 to 5 hours to achieve fall-off-the-bone tenderness, or on low heat for 9 hours.
- For leaner meat that still stays on the bone, cook on low heat for 7 hours until the meat easily falls off.
